A gap is not an issue until and unless you know how to justify it in a job interview.
Chances are that the interviewer might ask you about the gap. You will have to be honest yet smart there.

As per public available documents Sunirise University Alwar is established under Sunrise University Act, 2011 (Act No. 25 of 2011) and recognized by University Grant Commission u/s 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956. Therefore, you are eligible to appear for NET examination after M.Sc.

M.Sc is a postgraduate degree for academics in many countries especially for the study of science whereas M.A. is awarded for the study of subjects such as languages (English, etc.) history, philosophy, geography, humanities, fine arts, social sciences, nursing, and also theology.

Yes, you can, but through distance learning, you cannot get PGDM, it will be PGCM. I wish you all the best.

On behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) holds National Eligibility Test (NET) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor Both in Indian Universities and Colleges.
