3.5 on a 4.0 scale can be enough if a UG program is what you're looking to get into as an Indian student. A 3.0 is good enough for PG courses. Make sure to timely submit your application.

University of North Carolina Wilmington acceptance rate stands at 74%, making it somewhat selective at admitting students to its courses.
However, it is still relatively easier to secure admissions at than University of Tennessee whose acceptance rate of 23.7% makes it nearly three times as tough to secure admissions at than UNC Wilmington.
