Different publishers have given different rankings to UT Knoxville. It ranks #374 as part of Shiksha Rankings, while QS World ranks it #607 for 2026. Times Higher Education ranks it #301 for 2025.

3.5 on a 4.0 scale can be enough if a UG program is what you're looking to get into as an Indian student. A 3.0 is good enough for PG courses. Make sure to timely submit your application.
