The central counseling procedure for admission to undergraduate and graduate technical programs in Uttar Pradesh including those offered by JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida (JSS Noida) is the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling (UPTAC).

Admissions: Based on entrance exam results, JSS Noida admits students to a variety of engineering and technology disciplines through UPTAC.

Cutoffs: Every year the cutoff ranks for various courses change. For example in 2023 the Home State quota cutoff for the Computer Science and Engineering programme varied from 77,195 to 77,764.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies allow candidates aspiring to pursue an BTech and BTech Integrated course through UPTAC exam scores. The UPTAC cutoff 2024 followed by counselling rounds has been released for various quotas for the admission to BTech courses. For the Faculty of Architecture - Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, admission to BArch at 2000 rank is difficult because of its tougher cutoff. 

GNIOT accepts UPTAC scores for admission to BTech courses. Candidates who qualify UPTAC are called for the UPTAC Counselling 2024. The UPTAC counselling was held for up to three rounds. With your CRL rank of 836000 and EWS rank of 113330, your chances of getting a seat through UPTAC counseling for B.Tech in the General-EWS category are limited. Based on past trends, top engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh such as IET, AKGEC, and KIET tend to have higher cutoff ranks, especially for sought-after branches like Computer Science and Engineering.
