The followig candidates are not eligible for round 3 of UPTAC counselling:
- Candidates who have not deposited seat acceptance/confirmation fees in the first and second phases.
- Candidates who have withdrawn in previous stages.
- Such candidates who are found ineligible after online certificate/record verification.

The following candidates are not eligible for UPTAC counselling round 2:
- Candidates who have been allotted seats (Freeze/Float) but have not paid the seat acceptance fee in the first stage.
- Candidates found ineligible after online document verification.

The candidates who become eligible for UPTAC counselling round 2 are:
- Such candidates who have registered and deposited the registration fee but have not filled any option in the first phase.
- Such candidates will not be allowed to fill in new options or modify options. The previously allotted seat (institute, course and discipline) will remain the same and can be upgraded to their allotted category as per the rules.
- Such candidates will be allowed to modify their options. The seat allotted prviously will stay. They will be considered eligible for seat upgrades. If the candidate does not make any changes in the options, then the opti

Yes, you can get admission to BTech at the Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow, without participating in the UPTAC counseling. You can also secure admission to the course by participating in the JOSAA (national-level) counseling, or you can also get direct admission under the management quota.
