Since MIT is one of the top ranking university admissions are but very very competitive. Work hard on your academics. Apart from your exams you must have extra curricula activities so develop an all rounder profile. Sports, project work,voluntary work etc are recommended. Additionally you must prepare for SAT or ACT and TOEFL. Please read the admission requirements on MIT website and prepare.

USA universities have minor edge over German Universities for MS in Instrumentation and Electronics. But to get work visa in USA is difficult. Cost of Education in USA is very high whereas there is nominal fee in German universities. On the basis of Return on Investment, MS in Germany is a better option.

There are only 3 colleges in India to have KUKA certified lab in robotics and automation.

You have to take the GRE and TOEFL to study MS in USA. Universities also require four year Bachelor degree. In case you have a 3 year degree then you need to check with the universities and get your degree evaluated.

NEET is not required abroad, it's only for Indian medical schools. But for USA and Malaysia different exams would be required. Also, in US there is no MBBS, you must complete your bachelor degree, then clear the MCAT exams to study medicine. You can do MBA after gaining some work experience and after taking GMAT and TOEFL. Since your academics are not great you must build a good overall profile. MBS admissions are one of the most competitive.

Yes, you can. But eligibility and experience requirements vary with every state and also if you earn a CPA license in one state you can pursue your profession in another state if you meet the norms. CPA is not only recognized in India but has a global recognition. Professionally it is the Indian equivalent of CA.
