You did not specify the exact programme, so I am just stating the top universities randomly.
University of Melbourne
University of Sydney
Australian National University
University of Technology Sydney
Monash University to name a few in Australia
USA is home to world's best like MIT, UCLA, UIUC, Northwestern University, University of Pennsylvania, etc.

You may consider Singapore or Ireland for your technical education and try to do a Bachelor's degree in computer science because through that you can apply for further education i.e. MBA or M.Tech programme.
All the best!

Trending topics or roles in your field which have good prospects are Automobile Design, Robotics, Simulation and Testing or MS Management. It is hard to generalise on only one subject. Automobile engineering itself has scope, you can further choose the specializations basis your interest. UK is a tough place, international students don't get jobs so you contact the universities beforehand about career assistance. You will get a work permit of minimum 6 months. Even in USA its very competitive. You must also decide if you seek technical positions or managerial positions.

It will depend on what you want to to teach. If you want to teach Chinese in a US school, then you can learn Chinese. Common sense says English is the first language so you must be very good in English not only to become a lecturer but to survive and to get any job in an English speaking country like USA. How many years will depend on your background and experience.

Admission requirements vary. SAT is not compulsory for all countries. SAT is required if you want to study in the US or Singapore. So when you say 'abroad' please specify the country. International applicants must also take TOEFL or IELTS for English language proficiency.
