The question to your answer will depend on what you want to study and admission requirements of the universities. Every program and University have their standard set of admission requirements. How you join a good college is by meeting these criterion. Take the GRE to study in US. Not required in Australia. Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency requirement. Such degree will not be valid in India and will be highly expensive as expensive as fee of IIM and ISB and there is no logic. You may to executive MBA from IIT Bombay which is offered in collaboration with a US University.

USA has best education facilities in the field of computer science. It is worth doing MS in top universities. Education in USA for International students is very expensive. With visa restrictions chances of getting a job for Indian students is full of challenges. If you do not have any financial problem or issue, you may go ahead with MS in USA universities otherwise you may look for some other options such as MS in German universities.
GRE requirement of International universities vary in different universities.
