According to UU, cost of living in Utrecht is between EUR 1 K – EUR 1.4 K per month. This cost does not include tuition fee. This cost include- housing, insurance, books or study materials, etc. Avg rent for student housing in Utrecht is b/w EUR 500 - EUR 1.1 K per month.
