VIT offers various types of scholarships to students. One of which is the Institutional scholarship in which you have to appear in the VITEE ( VIT entrance examination) and your rank will decide whether you get a scholarship or not. Other types of scholarships include government scholarships which are given under the School Development Programme (GVSDP), Smt. Rajeswari Viswanathan Memorial Scholarship, merit, Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses, and all other scholarships that are offered by the government of India.
