Dear manoj mishra . yes it consider. MAT score. but cut off is 500 last year. therefore accordingly you can apply.

Dear Manoj Mishra. MBA international business course fee is around 2.5 lakhs per annum. MBA IB course is doing well. and got placements is also available. and excellent infrastructure. and total 5 lakhs may take.

you have to decide over the same things.
Since you will surely get NITs but don't get core branches from top 4 NITs, you have to choose between VIT and other NITs.
In my opinion you should choose NIT. But if you are hardly interested in CSE , you should take VIT.
however I am also from MP board.
