Best thing to do right now is to appear for LPU NEST and seek admission in B Tech. However, you need to fulfil the eligibility conditions. Last year LPU did give admission to those having score min 85 pc. However, till now no guidelines have been issued. I am sure, LPU NEST would not be difficult for you. The eligibility for the programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. It basically on the exam you give and after that there are 3 rounds counselling process based on merit lists of the exams they take VITEE and on that basis counseling happens.

Yaa you can sit for the counselling process surely, but as far of my knowledge maybe you can get the lower branches so go for it.

The cutoff ranks for admission to VIT Vellore and VIT Andhra Pradesh vary depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the number of seats available, and the difficulty level of the exam. However, generally, candidates securing ranks within the top 10,000 are called for the first round of counseling, and the cutoff ranks may go up or down depending on the availability of seats.
