Hello, You have cut yourself from the normal stream of admission. Hence obviously you can not take part in their counseling process. I suggest that you seek admission under management quota seats. For this, you will need to contact the administration of VIT to know details. This perhaps is the only way for you or if you wait for one year and appear for VITEEE next year. Best wishes to you.

If I may say so, your ranking is a bit on the lower side. College predictor by Shiksha can help you in guessing as to which branch and where you can get admission. To help you I am attaching this link. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/viteee-college-predictor

CSE versus ECE. The debate goes on from year to year. However, from the perspective of placements, CSE outscores ECE by miles. At least in the force-able future, this situation is likely to continue and the students will get placed. As you seem to like both the branches equally I would rather advise you to go for CSE since at least for the present and also in near future opportunities in this branch or really great. Best wishes to you.
