To get into one of the best MBA programmes in USA you must score more than 700 in GMAT. An important point to remember is that the universities will evaluate your entire profile/ the whole package and not just the grades. A low GMAT score does not necessarily mean your application will be rejected and a good GMAT score will not guarantee admission. Your extra curricular activities will also matter. Again, most universities in USA requires a four year bachelor degree except the top ones.

Not at all, GMAT is basically required for MBA programs. It's not required for each and every Master's degree course abroad.

It is an important aspect but it can be waived off, if an applicant has absolutely outstanding profile. Qualifying in GMAT won't be enough. Brilliant academic performance, co-curricular activities, awards and achievements and so on are evaluated.

You can reschedule the GMAT from anywhere in the world through your account created on the official website (<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.mba.com/india" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>http://www.mba.com/india</a>). A rescheduling fee of US$50 is required if you have rescheduled more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date.
