There are over 1300 seats available for BA LLB programme in the affiliated colleges of SPPU. Out of the total seats, 85% seats are reserved for candidates with Maharashtra domicile.

Yes, students who are not from Maharashtra can get admission in BA LLB at SPPU if they qualify eligibility and selection criteria. There are 85% seats reserved for Maharashtra candidates. However, 15% seats are open to candidates who are not from Maharashtra.

Minimum marks required for admission in BA LLB at SPPU is 45% aggregate in Class. However, minimum eligibility has been reduced to 40% aggregate for students from ST/SC category. Eligible candidates need to qualify MH-CET to get admission.

No, SPPU offers admission in BA LLB based on entrance exam score. Students need to qualify eligibility criteria and clear MH CET (Law-5 year) to be eligible for admission in BA LLB at SPPU. Some of the affiliated colleges may offer some seats through Management Quota.
