It depends on your academic qualifications, plus experience. But, it is true that there is lot of good chances to earn big in PR. Average Package offered to someone from IIMC is between INR. 5 LPA to INR.10 LPA.

New Zealand PR is based on the shortage skill list listed in NZ immigration web site. Supply chain management seems to be not there. However that does not mean you should not go for this course. It all depends upon what UG programme you did and if you could get a job related to that studies you may be able to get PR. Again PR depends upon you age, qualification, experience and IELTS marks. If you have good (8 band IELTS then it is possible.

Yes, even I'm a humanities student in 12th and took HR for higher studies. It is possible please choose BBA. So, you can grow in the same. Request you to atleast come MBA with your specialisation to see growth in your career.

Hi Sachin,
There is no course which can guarantee you a PR. You must choose a course depending on the job you want to do, depending on which professions are in demand and courses which will give you good scope after graduation. You cannot apply for a PR without finding a job first. You can check labor shortage list on New Zealand's immigration website. Finance, Accounting, Marketing are some sectors which have good demand.
