Yes, you can pursue architecture after completing your education through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), as NIOS is recognised by the Government of India and holds the same validity as other educational boards like CBSE and ICSE.And as you have PCM in your 10+2 if you scored above 50% you should be eligible for architectural college .You can try to give exams like NATA, JEE Mains part 2 etc.

Hi.KL School of Architecture's Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is a 5 years course offered at the UG level. To be eligible for this course, students must have 50.0% in 12th.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed the 10+2 level of Senior School Certificate Examination with 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as specializations, scoring at least 50% in the specializations also OR 

10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by the Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.

Hi.Yes, B.Arch placements at KLU School of Architecture, Guntur is good. Almost 100% of students got placed in B.Arch  course. As per report 2024, the average salary package is INR 9.79 Lakh,  Highest Salary package is INR 25.00 LPA.Top roles offered are interior designer, landscape architect, etc.Thanks

Candidates who want to pursue PhD through VITREE must be aware of the eligibility. For architecture and planning, candidates must have a bachelor's degree, followed by a master's degree in relevant discipline or equiavalent. In addition, the minimum qualifying mark is 60% or CGPA - 6.5 on 10-point scale. Only full-time courses are applicable for PhD admission.

No, one can not join IDC IIT Bombay without qualifying UCEED for B.Des. The eligibility criteria for getting admission into the college is that one should have passed the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent ) from the recognised Board/Examination.

UCEED is an exam of 300 marks. It has 3 sections. It is usually conducted in the January month and the results are declared in February. The examination is an MCQ-based question paper.

CEPT University is worth pursuing for the BArch course. The University proves to have a decent placement record. According to the NIRF report 2024, the median package for BArch and MArch courses stood at INR 5.80 LPA and INR 7.50 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters included PWC, TATA Trusts, KPMG, UMC, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, etc. Apart from these, the University has modern infrastructural facilities with well-equipped campus. The faculty of BArch is well-qualified with years of experience.

To be eligible for CEETA PG (M.Arch) programs, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% (for the general category) and 45% for the reserved category from a recognised university or institute. Besides that, candidates qualified as AIIA (Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects) with valid registration with the Council of Architecture are also eligible for CEETA PG admission.
