Coming to IP university, it may be a Grade A university, but its position with respect to elite institutions in India is questionable. There are some respectable Engineering colleges in IP. But, if you hear from their students, everyone will have some complaint or the other.

Dear Shubham,
To study in Germany, you must have completed 13 years education. You cannot apply directly after 12th from India. You may take admission into a Bachelor's degree program in India and complete the first year with excellent grades. Alternatively, check about studienkollege, this is a one year program you must pass from a German university before enrolling into your desired Bachelor degree program. Remember, most of the UG courses are taught in Germany.

Hello Nitish,
It's perfectly possible to get lateral admission with less fees.
Fees are least in Govt college. COEP is very good college. If you want admission here then you will have to study well in diploma and score very good marks.
Best wishes.

I am not sure if one can do any engineering through distance learning or not. You need to first check with AICTE whether they allow such a thing or not. I hope you will check with them.
