To pursue engineering in any field, a a student needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% throughout in 12th standard board examination. Since, you don't qualify this eligibility criteria, so you are not eligible for engineering.

If you have a very good profile then you can target Germany, the best in these areas and also affordable. You can also check Russia, Netherlands, China and Hong Kong, Singapore etc. Kindly, check university's websites in these countries for more information on fee and admission requirements.

IP University is the best choice. It conducts its own entrance exam for lateral entry every year.

Automobile engineering has good career opportunities but unfortunately you are not eligible to do automobile engineering because of your commerce background.
