Yes you can chose any subject of your choice for pursuing UPSC. You have to do excel in that subject if you want to pursue UPSC.

Please join a theatre group in your city or local area. Work with them, gain some experience on various responsibilities and roles of theater programs in your part time. You will be better prepared after a year or so and then you can apply to NSD.

Yes, you can do Masters after completing BA in psychology. Once you complete BA, check the courses available abroad.
