I am sorry to say but your marks are not enough to get admission for B.Arch in IPU because IPU colleges consider above 90 marks in NATA for B.Arch.

I don't think you will get admission in SPA, Delhi. As other aspirants whose marks are above 150 are also applying for SPA. The competition is huge. SPA closes its admissions when the seats get full.

Check NIT Trichy Placement statistics, because it has a course of B.Arch. so, it will fetch you your solution. It will give you the company's list, their placement statistics etc.

If at all you are getting CSE or ECE in any other good institute, then go for it. And also, if you are getting B.Arch in NIT-Trichy, then go for it. It has a good scope in future.
