Though both are UG-level programs in the Fashion field, their focus are approaches are different. The Bachelor of Arts course in Fashion Design talks more about the Fashion History, Marketing, and Communication part, while the Bachelor of Design course in Fashion Design delves deeper into the technical and creative elements of the field, such as pattern making, garment construction, and trend analysis.

The basic difference between a BDes in Fashion Design and a BDes in Textile Design is that Fashion Design focuses on every element of fashion, including accessories, fashion trends, style of draping, etc. However, it includes a few subjects related to textile science.
On the other hand, BDes Textile Design is only focused on the Textile-related subjects and does not have a comprehensive approach to Fashion. BDes Textile Design subjects include Fabric Ornamentation, Garment Grading, Material Studies, etc.

The basic difference between both is that BDes in Fashion Design is focused on the creative part, such as pattern making, draping style, dress construction, etc., whereas, the B Des in Fashion Communication is focused on the ways of communication like Photography, graphic design, marketing, promoting, etc.
