Candidates applying for a scholarsip scheme shall keep important documents handy. These documents copies or original (as per requirement) have to submitted to the institute. The documents required during the JSPM Narhe Technical Campus BE scholarships are:
- CAP allotment letter
- JEE/CET score
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheet
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate
- Domicile and nationality certificate, etc.

JSPM Narhe Technical Campus in Pune provide seat reservations to reserved category candidates. There are seats for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and other such categories. The total number of seats available for BE/BE (Lateral) courses is 600. This seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
