Actually, in Sastra University, they won't consider B.Arch marks in admission process. Basically, for getting into Sastra University, there are two processes.
Stream 1: which is JEE + inter marks
Stream 2: only inter marks.
For your son, considering the given data, getting seat is difficult. There is no donation seats. But, some seats are available in NRI quota and NRI sponsored quota.

MNNIT is a top level NIT. With 82 percentile, you have a slim chances of getting into it. Though I would rather suggest to work hard and put extra effort for the next JEE in April. To be added, you can try for some other NITs and if you have a state quota you may get preferred in those.

For admission in NCU, you have to first look for the eligibility criteria and make sure you are eligible. The eligibility criteria can be found in the link: http://admissions.ncuindia.edu/Eligibility-Criteria.php
If you are eligible, you have to fill the application form. The link for the application form is: http://admissions.ncuindia.edu
Admission to the university programs will be done on Merit basis. A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear for counselling.

You have to appear for JEE /CET exam, and also HSC exam.
There is 50% importance to each exam score.
If your total percentile is above 90% then there are chances of you getting in COEP.
If you belong to any reservations then you will definitely get in COEP and Instrumentation.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Tech lateral entry, but you will not get admission in top colleges.

There's a little correction I wish to make to your question, it is actually JIIT, Noida Sector 62.
Going towards the answer of your question,
I feel that with 73 marks in JEE Mains you might have secured around 1 lakh JEE mains rank, which can easily land you in JIIT Noida-62, but you won't be able to get a seat in computer science engineering or information technology, which are considered more demanding in the college but you'll be able to get a seat in electronics and communication engineering which is equally good w.r.t academics. Also, we have amazing faculty in JIIT Noida-128, wherein you might get computer science engineering as w
