Hello Gokulrajan, from this year onwards, NTA will decide ranking and cutoff based on percentile and not on raw marks scored in JEE Mains. Hence I feel what you are quoting as marks must be percentile or it must be given separately. For a general category student, your percentile is a bit on the lower side and I am afraid that it would be tough to get admission in any NIT. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about predicting your college once you input percentile. Hello,
To appear in CSIR UGC NET Exam Candidates must have a degree in B.Pharma or BE or B.Tech or M.Sc. Or MBBS or Integrated BS-MS or any other Science degree with at least 55% marks. If you fulfill all the above-mentioned criteria then you can apply for the CSIR NET Exam.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research will conduct the CSIR UGC NET 2019 Exam in July. Be prepared for it.

Delhi Technological University indeed offers lateral entry for B.Tech in different branches but the websites clearly says the eligibility as Diploma in any branch of engineering or its equivalent as given by Delhi University for different universities. Now whether 3 years Diploma is equivalent to B.Sc. Or not in a moot point. Actually, some States have deemed B.Sc. As the eligible condition for lateral admission in engineering along with Diploma holders but B.Sc cannot be declared as deemed to be equivalent to Diploma. JEE score depends while taking admission in DTU, and it should be reasonably high because there is state quota 85% reserved seats, you can take admission in biotech there, but your JEE score should be good and with PCB there is very little chance of it.
