As per my knowledge, Engineering has more scope than B.Sc. Engineering is one of the most popular courses in India and there are many institutes that offer the course to aspiring students. B.Tech degrees are more career-centered which implies that most of the graduates will easily be able to secure a job after the completion of the degree. The jobs would depend on the specialisation of the B.Tech degree. A few good universities for B.Tech are:
University of Mumbai, Mumbai
Geeta University, Panipat
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University Hyderabad
Karnataka State Open University Mysore
Chandigarh University
SRM
Sharda University.

Well, for doing B.Tech in America you atleast need to have good percentage above 75% in your 12 th boards ( very good percentage in English). Then you need to give English Language Proficiency test like IELTS/TOEFL/PTE. Student should also have there SAT scores ready by the end of 2023. Resume Statement of Purpose, Letter of recommendation is also required. Hope your query is resolved. Best of luck for your future.

You cannot get IIT simply based on JEE Mains score but yes you can definitely get into NIT it depending upon the cut off that year.
