Sandip Foundation is only about showing off the infrastructure and scenery to lure prospective students.
All other things are negative about the college. It has got the extra strictness to maintain its reputation.
Campus placements are just a gimmick to fool people.
One can safely say that only those people attend Sandip who do not get admitted elsewhere, so you can think of the kind of atmosphere that you will find there.
The canteen facilities are utterly useless and lack of any taste whatsoever.
The authorities and staff are only cared about their reputation and not about the students. The teaching quality isn't worth it.

I have heard that Jaypee is a good one. If you want try in Amity University Noida or Mumbai both offer B.Tech Biotechnology. DY Patil is also has no problem, they have good infrastructure (Sorry don't know about Faculty)
Some best colleges for Biotechnology are
IIT Madras ( Has best labs for biotechnology, it has been shown in movie Chennai vs china )
SRM University, Chennai
VIT, Vellore
BIT, Pilani
Manipal Institute Of Technology, Manipal
I am personally studying B.Tech Genetic engineering from SRM University Chennai. Here they have a good infrastructure and a very good faculty.
