The total course fee is a mixure of multiple fee components, including

  • Tuition fee, registration fee, security deposit, etc. 
  • Bangalore University MCA fee range btw 40,000 & 4 L. The fee mentioned here is taken from an unofficial site
  • The fee range is inclusive of fees at the affiliated colleges as well.
  • For detailed fee structure, students are advised to contact the admission department of the University.

Bangalore University MCA admission is based on Karnataka PGCET score. Candidates seeking admission to the MCA course must visit the University's official website (bangaloreuniversity.ac.in) to register themselves. After successful registration, aspirants must appear for the PGCET entrance test. The university further announces the results and the shortlisted candidates following which seat allotment is carried out.

Yes, Bangalore University offers a three-year full-time MCA course at the postgraduate level. The University also offers lateral entry to this course. Eligible candidates will be directly admitted to the six semesters of the MCA course. The PG-level course is offered at the Jnanabharathi Campus of the University. Many affiliated colleges also offer this programme. Admission to the course is further entrance-based.

Admission to the BSc courses and the integrated BSc course is merit-based. Candidates are admitted based on performance in the last qualifying examination. The selected students may have to participate in the counselling round as well for seat allotment. After seat allotment, candidates have to submit some amount of the fee to confirm their seat.

For admission to BSc courses, candidate should have passed two-year PU exam conducted by the Karnataka PU Education Board or equivalent. For BSc in Design stream, candidates who have studied two years Job Oriented Courses conducted by the Board of Vocational Education of any state government or any other examination are also eligible. Aspirants also have to present the official documents with them for verification purposes.
