Hi.
1. BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
Basic Eligibility
You must have completed 10+2 / HSC from a recognised board (any stream — Science, Commerce, Arts).
Students appearing in their 12th exams can also apply provisionally (final marks submitted once results are declared).
Age / Other Requirements
There are no strict age requirements listed publicly for BBA.
NRI candidates can apply too, often through group discussion and interview assessment.
Entrance tests like CUET, IPMAT, NPAT, SET, UGAT may be helpful, but they are not mandatory for GIBS BBA admission (some sources mention these tests

The reason for being attracted to the GIBS MBA/PGDM course is that it offers a perfect mix of academic education along with industrial experience in the form of IRE School, Finishing School, and other corporate interactions. Also, the course structure has been planned in a way that it inculcates practical skills in students, which are further reinforced by qualified faculty members, project works, cases, and proper mentoring. Another factor which sets it apart from other institutes is that it has always been actively providing placement, personality development, as well as a campus where students are able to develop their potential in

There are a number of reasons that make GIBS different from other management institutions due to a heavy emphasis on effective learning, industry interaction, and personality development. Some of these important characteristics that make this institution distinct are: dual specialised courses in their Masters in PGDM, their school of innovation, research, and entrepreneurship known as GIBS IRE, which trains students for start-up approaches, as well as a Finishing School that trains students in effective personality development, communication, aptitude, and interview preparation every week. There are value-added courses, corporate maste

Hi.
According to the official “Courses / BBA” listing for 2026, GIBS lists its BBA seat intake as 150.
Multiple sources (including college‑profile websites) consistently state 150 seats for BBA.
If all seats are filled, roughly 150 new BBA students join GIBS each academic year.
Depending on demand, admissions, and seats allocated, actual admitted numbers may sometimes be slightly more or less (some sources mention up to ~180 in some years), — perhaps due to multiple sections or seat‑category allocations.
The intake refers to the full BBA batch (i.e. across all specializations under BBA at GIBS).

Students are also judged on Personal Interviews, AI Interview, Extra-Curricular/Soft skills, Work experience (preferred) and academic background.

GIBS does not have an additional reservation policy for students applying through CAT or MAT. Admission is based entirely upon merit, and students can apply using their scores from the national level entrance exams: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT and GIBS 's own entrance exam. Each student will be assessed equally, through group discussions and personal interviews following their qualifying exams. The institution does not adhere to a set quota for any particular entrance exam; therefore, a student's overall performance and aptitude, as well as communication skills, will be taken into consideration. A wide range of applicants from diff

GIBS receives scores from numerous national level MBA and PGDM entrance tests including, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, and GMAT. Further, GIBS conducts its own GIBS Online Entrance Test (GOET) which provides students who did not take the national exams another opportunity to apply to the Institute. The selection process typically includes an applicant's exam score along with an interview and group discussion to assess an applicant's personality, aptitude, and communication ability. As such, applicants from various educational backgrounds are given several options to be eligible for admission to GIBS's management programs.
