The MAT 2026 Feb session registration is open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Feb 23, 2026, and the test is scheduled for Mar 1, 2026. Further, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Mar 2, 2026, and the test will be held on Mar 8, 2026.
The CAT 2025 result is out for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. Candidates need to log in to check and download their scorecards on the official CAT portal.

IBI Admission Process and Important Dates 2026

IBI Greater Noida admission 2026-28 is open for the PGDM programme. The admissions process at I Business Institute, Greater Noida consists of a Screening round followed by a Panel Interview and Dean's/ Director’s Interview. To evaluate the communication and analytical capabilities of prospective students, the Screening Round is conducted for all the applicants.

Final Selection of the candidate is based on Academic Score + CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT + Screening Round + Panel Interview Score + Dean's/ Director’s Interview Score.

The weightage for the final score is calculated based on the following criteria,

CAT/MAT/XAT=20 %
Screening Round= 20 %
Panel Interview=20 %
Dean's Interview= 30 %
Class 10= 2.5%
Class 12= 2.5%
Graduation= 5%

Application Form and Prospectus are available on payment of INR 1100/- by DD at the institute. The form can also be downloaded from the I Business Institute, Greater Noida website. Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of "I Business Institute" payable at Greater Noida.

Applicants can also apply online by paying INR. 1100/- through Net Banking or by Debit/Credit Cards.

A duly filled application form must be submitted to I Business Institute, along with copies of 10th, 12th, Graduation certificates and scores card of CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT.

In the case of online application, the candidate should carry a printout of the completed application form on the day of Panel Interview/Dean's/ Director’s Interview. Applicants should bring one set of photocopies of all their documents.

The college with perfect return on investment.

Placements: As a student there, I should say that this college provides 100% placements with the assured package offered to us of 6.5 LPA. The highest salary is 12 LPA. If we talk about the international package it goes to 21 LPA. Recruiting companies are Deloitte, AMUL, HUL, and many more. The internships in my batch, every student got placed for an internship and is currently working as well. Top roles offered in my course are HR management, management trainee, business analyst, and many more. It's a college that a person can choose blindly.

Infrastructure: Our college has good facilities and infrastructure. The atmosphere as well as the infrastructure is very good. A1 hostel facility including food, medical facilities, and canteen in our college. All the rooms have AC.

Faculty: The teaching quality is remarkable. The course curriculum is also very relevant. The plus point is that we have online exams here through an app called Ibites. The exams are not difficult, it's basically how much you have studied. Pass percentage is not disclosed yet but it's 33% and above.

Other: The only reason I chose this college was because of the faculty members. They are very good and understanding. They give us assured placement of 6.5 LPA which only rises. They give us internships as well as an adventure tour and one international trip to Dubai or Singapore. I mean the best college that balances both academics and fun. The fests here are fun. Plus every festival is celebrated here.

If students want to pursue PGDM, then it is one of the best places to start their corporate journey.

Placements: The college provides a POA letter, and whatever amount is mentioned in the POA letter, that amount of placements is provided by the institute. Many companies visit the campus during placements, and in internships, many of them provide PPOs. The average package is around 10 LPA, and the highest package offered ranges between 30-40 LPA, and its CTC is between. Moreover, placements are good and at the end of the day, every student gets placed.

Infrastructure: Since our college provides only one course, i.e., PGDM, the infrastructure is according to the one course. We don't have a huge and lush campus like other universities. It has all the required facilities like an auditorium, Wi-Fi-enabled campus, labs, a common room, a games area, a pool table, badminton court, and volleyball court.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. They provide full support to students and not only that, they all come with high-end experience with corporate experience, which is very useful, as at the end of the day. We need to get the exposure of what exactly happens inside the corporate that can only be possible if someone has worked in that environment, which is an edge for students to get the industry exposure.

Other: The reason behind choosing this course is its practicality. Although I can opt for the MBA, with the change in the industry, PGDM provides better insights as compared to the MBA, in which the theoretical structure has remained on for ages. The institute has very good faculty members. When I came here and met them, I really felt this place was good for me. As far as any changes, I don't think there needs to be any changes, as it is going well. Multiple events are organised on campus, from club activities to events, all are fun. We also celebrate every festival, and this is a fun celebration with our batchmates.

The blend of Academics and Knowledge.

Placements: The batch size as of now is 240. Overall placement of this college is good. The previous batch had a size of 160, out of which 60 students are placed, and the others will be placed as soon as possible. Various companies come for placement, like Wipro, Dabur, etc. The roles they offer are: Management Intern, Social Media Manager.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the college is not so big, but all the required things are available in the college campus. We don’t find any missing parts in the college campus. We get every facility in the college, but the one thing is that sports equipment is not provided properly to the students.

Faculty: Teachers are good enough to teach every topic clearly with practical examples. Also, they come from a reputed background. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. They have good experience in teaching in their particular field, which also helps the students to clarify all the doubts.

Other: I have chosen this course because I want to pursue finance as my field, so I found this college for fulfilling my dream.

Placements: Placements are good at I Business Institute. The placement department here is very active. As a first-year student, I can only tell the placement status of our seniors. They are placed in good companies in their area of specialisation with a good package.

Good internship experience.

Placements: I’m in the second year. If I talk about my seniors, the lowest offered package is 4 LPA and the highest goes up to 30 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are LG, This Group, Bajaj Finance, Archer and Bulls, Dabur, Amul, etc. From the first year, all students are able to get internships in good companies. The top roles offered are basically management trainee, sales executive, marketing intern, HR trainee, and sales officer. The internship opportunities are good, but mostly brands offer unpaid internships, while start-up companies provide some stipend. Overall, I would rate placement 3/5 according to me.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is again 3/5. We have computer labs, classrooms, library, and Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi network is slow and gets disconnected frequently, there are also facilities like a volleyball ground, cricket turf, and badminton court, talking about the hostel, the almirahs are very small and congested, and rooms are okay. The food is sometimes very good and sometimes just basic, but it is hygienically made. The gym facility is available in the hostel, and for sports, we have pool and table tennis as well.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They have industry experience, and most of them have studied from IITs and IIMs, so yes, they are qualified and have good exposure. The course curriculum is also relevant since the college has modified the syllabus according to industry requirements, and exams are conducted on laptops to make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not too difficult since they follow a bell curve for marking, so students are able to score well. Almost 95% of students pass the exams.

Other: The course name is PGDM. I chose it because it makes us industry-ready, as compared to MBA, which focuses more on theoretical knowledge, while PGDM focuses on practical aspects. One thing that could be improved is if the college provides study material in hard copy form rather than just books. The college has two major events one sports event and one cultural fest. The college also offers various scholarships depending upon your CAT, MAT, GMAT scores, or graduation performance, which differ for each student. Extracurricular activities include badminton, volleyball, pool, cricket, table tennis, and chess.

Category II: Scholarship on the basis of Academic Background:

The candidates having 70% and above in B.Tech/B.E degree and have also secured 70% & above in 10th & 12th will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000

Category III: Scholarship for candidates with Work Experience:

The candidates with at least 3 year of work experience or above with a minimum annual salary CTC of INR 3.5 LPA will receive a scholarship of INR 40,000. Candidates with a Experience of 5 years or above with a CTC of INR 5.5 LPA or higher will receive a scholarship of INR 50,000.

Note: No BPO Companies.

Category IV: Single Mother

The candidates, who are being raised by a Single Mother, will be awarded a scholarship of INR 50,000 provided the candidates should have secured 60% & above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Category V: Meritorious Student:

A candidate who has achieved over 80% in their 10th, 12th, and graduation, as well as scored 85% percentile or higher in CAT/XAT, GMAT score of >650, and possesses 2 years of work experience with a 4LPA package, will be eligible for a 50% scholarship.* The Final scholarship will be awarded based on the candidate's performance in the selection process.

Guidelines:

If any student is eligible for more than one category of scholarship the maximum scholarship can go up to INR 1,50,000.
The scholarship is available for limited seats only in each category on first-cum-first-serve basis. The decision of awarding the scholarship depends onthe Institute Scholarship Committee. The maximum of INR 20,00,000 can be given as a scholarship to a batch.

Note: Only three scholarships up to INR 1,50,000 can be combined.
