Your employability chances increase the most with MBA or an MS course. So, it is your choice whether you wish to go for management course or you wish to continue your engineering education.

1. University of Toronto.
2. University of Alberta.
3. Humber College.
4. Centennial College.
5. Sheridan College.
But, I will suggest you University of Toronto and Centennial College. If you have more than 6 backlogs, then you can apply for Confederation College.

Hello Jithu,
Germany is far better than Canada for mechanical engineers. There are lot of universities offering M.Tech courses for mechanical students with scholarships.

You have too many backlogs, even if a university accepts you, visa chances are very risky. Even your GRE score is not considered as a good score. You should look for other country options, which are less competitive than Canada.

You must take the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) to be able to practice in Canada as medical professional. For more information on immigration, I think it will be better you consult an immigration firm.

Hi,
It will depend on the university. Any top university will not accept backlogs and they require more than 75 percentile. You can check colleges under SPP, they usually consider up to 5 or 8 backlogs.

The work permit usually is equal to the length of the course. The PR will depend on your work profile, market demands and your qualifications. You should worry about the PR later, first study hard and secure a job.

The universities does not require any other tests. GMAT or GRE are usually for the top ones, so if you want to get into an average college, you may have a chance. You can also check popular colleges under SPP.
Some of the decent options could be:
1. Vancouver Island University.
2. Thomson River University.

According to me, Canada is the best option. The German colleges are not offering visa easily.
