Hi Harsh,
Very few universities do such as York University and lesser known universities like VIU, Thompson Rivers, Concordia University, etc.
Some universities may accept if you have an excellent academic record, so it is highly recommended that you check with the University itself.
With 15 years education you have the following options:
a) Complete your Master's degree or the first year of M.Sc here in India, and apply for Canada after completion of the first year.
b) You may apply for admission in a college or university in Canada, enrolling into a PG Diploma program, graduate Diploma or Pre-MBA course in a Canadian university.
c) Try to get your credits transferred to a University there, and pursue 4th year in a Bachelor's program. (For this you must contact the concerned universities).
