Yes, you will have to study there first, to become a registered physiotherapist. You can get credits transferred from your current Indian degree. Here is a list of colleges offering physiotherapy courses:

For more information, write to the college of your choice.

First, kindly mention which subjects or areas are you interested in. You can pursue any course you wish from abroad, your schooling background doesn't matter as no college abroad asks for specific subject scores. In case the college feels you don't have the required subject knowledge, they will ask you to give SAT subject test.

Of course, IELTS is accepted by UK and many countries, in fact preferred in UK. London for your information is not a country so you need to be specific where you want to apply. Canada is a better option as it offers work permits which is not available to international students in UK currently if you have been following updates and news closely. Nevertheless, you must narrow down your choice basis the university requirements, budget, climate etc. and select where to study.

Hi Saurav,
You are eligible to apply in both the universities but the admission decisions are taken only by the universities, so there is no answer if you will obtain admissions or not. Keeping the competitive nature of UVic admissions will be competitive compared to Memorial University. Your Statement of Purpose and Letters of Reference will also carry weight age and will be major deciding factors for your admission.
All the best.

Better the percentage, more are the chances of selection. Anything above 75% is good otherwise but you also need to be good in co-curricular activities.

It mainly depends on the B-school and affordability for the student. So, check the QS world ranking for best MBA schools and decide. My suggestion is Singapore, Canada and then New Zealand.

You can ask the university to transfer your course credits from ME done in India. This way you can start with the second year of ME, and you will save a year or so.
Please write a mail to the college of your choice and ask them about the process of credit transfer.

There is no average salary figures anyone can provide you. The reason being that the kind of job you will get after finishing the course will depend on how good or bad you are at your course.
You can check the college's website here to get more information.

It is hard to answer this question on a country-wide level. This comparison can be made only between universities. So if you have specific universities in mind from both these countries, it will be easier to answer.
