Yes, you can practice in Canada or any other country around the globe, provided you have to clear respective licensing examination of that particular country.
As far as question to pursue PG, if you get a chance and have enough financial support, then you can prefer USA and next preference is Canada.

The scope is better abroad for biotechnology field like in Canada, US, Denmark, etc. You can go abroad for your Masters, it will give you better exposure to research opportunities and also post study work options. Discuss with family and decide, you must also check finances, requirements, etc. before you decide. Work hard on your academics.

You must decide this on your own, you know your interests and future plans better. Visit university's websites, shortlist some courses of your choice, check the curriculum, career roles these courses yield and choose. You can look further courses related to business such as international business, supply chain, human resources except MBA as MBA requires work experience and you don't have any.

This is a decision you must take, figure out what you like, what your career plans most likely be and pursue a course accordingly. You may work and gain some experience, explore your interests over the period and then decide. Some options would be Masters in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, automotive design, manufacturing, management, engineering management, etc.
