You can get a good job depending on your profile - knowledge, qualifications, skills etc. The scenario is competitive compared to IT but with hard work why not. It is therefore advisable to get into good universities having industrial contacts, the internship also matters a lot.

Hello,
The best suitable course for you is something you will know better. If you have not decided what you want and have no career plans till now, I will strongly suggest you develop one and have a vision, decide what to study only after you have clarity over your plans and future.
You may take a job, work for 2 to 3 years and pursue your MBA or you can enroll into LLM courses, Master's degree in education and literature courses, journalism courses and so on.

You can, but it is not necessary. If you want to practice or undergo residency take the licensing exams. If you want to study, you can look for MS programs in health sciences, health or hospital administration, surgery, etc. As an international student you must take the IELTS or TOEFL.

If you are well qualified you need not necessarily do a course. But pursuing a full time course in the country abroad gives you certain benefits such as degree recognition, post study work permit, PR options etc. English proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS are also required. Study as per your career plans. You will know the kind of jobs you are looking for. For more information on jobs you must refer to job portals. I don't think you will find job vacancy information here.

There is no MCA degree abroad. You will find MS programs in computer sciences and related fields.

Yes, you can definitely get admission. If you want to do Masters, you have to apply for GRE, TOEFL and IELTS as per college requirements because it matters more than your B.Tech pass out marks. So, try to score good in those exams and short list some colleges as per region in which you want to study in abroad. Check their eligibility criteria and try to secure scholarship because fee is so high abroad. You can find scholarship information on college websites.

Career opportunities are good and various options are available such as education, fitness and recreation, sports management, medicine, physical therapy, and nutrition etc. Alternate options include pharmaceuticals, alternative medicine, nutritional sciences, and biomedical sales, adventure guiding, sport law, and sport organisation and a lot many. It is extremely tough. You must clear the licensure exams first of all. Since your degree is from India you must get your degree evaluated and check if it is equivalent to a UK or US degree. To work in USA, you must clear National Association of Boards of Pharmacy's Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination. It is however tough for international students without a degree from US itself to get a job. Similarly in UK, obtaining work permit is very hard now. To work in UK check the Overseas Pharmacist Assessment Programme, you must enrol into this program before registering yourself as a pharmacist.
