Hi,
The chances are pretty good as your profile seems strong. Good SOP/LORs will also help. You should apply early before the deadlines. You can visit university websites, even email them before you apply and start the application process at least 6 months before the admission session starts.
All the best.

Hi Vedant,
You can apply for Bachelor's degree programs on the basis of your Diploma. Either, you can apply to a top ranked university, if your academic record is very good or look for colleges. You are an international applicant, so you must take TOEFL or IELTS.

Hi Junaid,
If you don't have work experience, then you should stick to MS. MBA programs abroad are mainly meant for working professionals. If you are ultimate plan is to pursue a managerial career, non-research or non-academic career, then you should pursue MBA after 2 to 3 years of professional experience. So, you can decide according to your plans.

Yes, you can pursue PG Diploma. You can check the colleges under SPP. You can check the admission requirements and apply before the deadlines. You must have good grades as Canada is very competitive. If you don't have above 60%, then the chances are very less.

Masters in Canada has good opportunities and good salaries but at the cost of a huge amount of money. Job in India is equally good as Canada or USA if you have a good graduation degree from IITs or NITs and a good PG degree from top 30 B-schools. So basically, cost of living and studying is far lesser in India.
