No, you can't get the admission in this college because the cutoff of this college is very high and with this percentage, you can't get the admission. But in private college, you simply get the admission by giving the entrance but in the entrance, you have to score well.

Hello,
It all depends, like if you do not have 75% marks class 12th, then in order for being eligible for admission through IIT JEE, you have to take the improvement exam. So, if you have score more than 75% marks, then there is no need for giving improvement in all the 5 subjects, as you are already eligible for JEE exam. Thank you.

For getting admission in any NIT, a student from SC category must have obtained at least 54.01 percentile marks in JEE Mains. Then you must register yourself on the portal of JoSAA for admission process. Hi, you can get educated in astronomy from IITs,Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Delhi University and Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology. There are other colleges too, but these are the best ones.
