Sorry, but no. For the general category, the cut-off is too high. You can opt for the B.A. Programme there or if you are from SC/ST category, there is a good chance that you get admission.

CBSE or Central Board of Secondary Education organizes improvement exams for the candidates who want to do better on the exams. Improvement exams are conducted every year after the declaration of result of regular exams conducted by CBSE. Candidates can opt even for improvement of one exam; however, it is apt to opt all the five subjects for improvement exam.

Osmania University takes admission into various PG, PG Diploma and 5-Year Integrated Programmes. As you are talking about CBSE I believe you are talking with reference to 10+2. In such a case you will have to first pursue your graduation first then opt for OUCET. AS per the university website, for PG courses, CBSE specification is not mentioned.

Also, depending on the college the rules changes on what weightage is given to which section. You may do a little research on the colleges you aim for and apply by taking educated decision. For example for MBA in IIT Delhi you need to have good score throughout and in CAT. But I am sure there are other colleges which give more importance to other things like extra curricular activities.
