You will put the roll number and other details of the year of which the results are already announced. Improvement marks will be declared later, although you will inform the admission authority about the improvement exam but since the results are pending it will not make you eligible to appear. Hence put the roll number of the year of which you already have the results.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still, there is almost no chance. So I suggest you try harder next year.
