It depends upon the entry for which you are applying for . Moreover 90% is good score to be eligible for all entries but do check whether the entry contain written exam or not.

In both the boards, you can apply, but not at a same time, as there will be no benefit of doing from two at a time. Because, at every place you can use one at a time. So, no point of doing both a same time.

If your JEE marks is poor, then you should try in private college. There are many good private colleges and universities still alive i.e. SRM, VIT, LPU, RVSCET etc.

As per 2018 in LPU, it was 72 marks in JEE and 80% above in +2 marks. But, see the fee structure also i. e., it is payable by you or not, because Punjab colleges are very costly.

Hi, to join DTU you should have a good score in 12th as well as in JEE. For 12th I will suggest you to keep 80+ and in JEE try to get 150+.

The above mentioned colleges are based on 2018 closing rank for CSE branch
