It does not really matter. But, having said that, an undergraduate degree in computer science may give you an upper hand in product management and tech management roles.
The specialization that you choose in your MBA and the subjects you study are the main factors that can land you in your preferred job.

Yes, girls can also get jobs after completing chemical engineering. Also, you can do job in a pharmaceutical company.

It is a good choice. You should be strong with chemistry and to study in this branch, you have to qualifying some competitive exam like JEE and some state engineering exam.

Backlogs are counted in such a way, for example you got a back in 1st semester in 1 paper, but you cleared it in 3rd semester, then also it will be counted as a back and they will ask you to submit semester wise mark sheet, so that they could know how many backs you had in a particular semester and in the entire program.
If you are applying under SPP category, I would like to inform you that up to 8 backs are allowed in your entire program. So, with 10 backlogs your visa is going to get affected.

Clear your 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics and then go for B.Tech, it would be more beneficial for you.

Opting mechanical would be a better choice. You will be eligible for more inter-disciplinary fields like civil, electrical, electronics, chemical, agriculture, metallurgy, automobile, etc. posts in both, government and private sectors.
