No college in India provide distance education in engineering but you can try for AMIE. It is the alternative for people who can't attend college. It is an government approved institute which provides degree equivalent to engineering but it's tough as compared to engineering.
Best of luck.

Hi Himaagni,
Chances are good but additional requirements are also there such as GRE and demonstration of research work. MS programs in Canadian universities are mostly research based and leads to a Ph.D. You must be accepted by a research supervisor as well. I will advice you to visit university websites first and go through the MS program requirements.

Hi Aditya,
Well, the answer will depend on the university's reputation and your skills/qualification because in India the university's reputation is more important than anything else. Again, no university or programme will guarantee you a job but if you are highly qualified then why not. Not too many Polish universities offer the chemical engineering. Cracow University of Technology and Poznan University of Technology are a few ones. You should research on companies like Engineers India Limited, KBR, Shell, etc. and see the kind of profiles they hire. You should try to get admission in any of the government engineering colleges. The fee structure of these colleges is pretty low and you get the quality education too.
