Hi, Since your question is about IGNOU, then I regret saying this but you probably won't have a good chance, since their eligibility criteria states that you need to have worked in the Banking or Financial Sector for at least two years. You could take a look at other institutions where your work experience would be valued. All the best.

That's the best ever option to do Bachelors in UK rather than India but if you have no money problem. And, I suggest to do in UK, because one of most common problem in India is education system. In UK, I heard that they give best practical knowledge with theory. So, it is a good idea in my point of view. Thanks and best luck for a better future.

Yes, you can purchase civil engineering to lateral entry; but you should satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria of the college to take lateral entry.
I hope this helps you.

And, if your result is average then go for any GTU colleges. Thank you.

Please refer the link below for details:
https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/colleges/colleges-Uttar-Pradesh
Direct admission is mainly through management quota as most of colleges takes admission through entrance exam or percentage in 12th boards
Go for management quota but Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.
