It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your MS in civil engineering in construction management from University abroad. Yes, there are plenty of opportunities of pursuing your dream MS abroad in a good University. Admissions to all the universities is not purely a function of scoring maximum in your qualifying examination. There are many more criteria.
