Yes, of course there are many post-graduation courses in Canada for civil engineering as well as other engineering. Just go on google and type study abroad in Canada, you will find many colleges and universities.

You have to appear in any state or national level entrance exam (JEE Mains, JEE Advanced) .Pass the exam with qualifying marks so, you can eligible for admission in any government or private college.
The age limit for entrance - 18 years.
(For B.Sc candidates the limit is - 21 years.

Chances are less for BBA after Diploma, but I will suggest you that go for B.Tech in civil engineering, because as compared to BBA, Civil is much better because after B.Tech in civil engineering, the job prospects are more as well, as through your B.Tech degree, you can get PWD license, and by that you can set your future. So, choice is yours.
