As per the AICTE order, it is invalid as all Civil Engineering course required full time study with 75% attendance minimum, as qualifying criteria for the degree.

IIT Bhubaneswar is better as per my side, because the academic and the college atmosphere is better as compared to Hyderabad. College placement is also more in Bhubaneswar. So, it is the better option.
