45 marks won't provide any college for civil in Pune. Either go for any private institute based on your 12th marks or go for a one year drop for JEE preparation.

It's not possible. As per AICTE circular of 2009, applying to a distance learning engineering program has been banned and illegal, unrecognised. You may find many advertisements claiming offering distance learning engineering degree but they all are fake please refer http://bit.ly/2pww9Ul for more details.

Civil Engineering is better option among the two as you will get more opportunities in engineering and construction companies. You can also target GATE and look to get into PSUs or can go for further studies (M.Tech).

There is no branch of engineering which is good or bad. Better is the branch in which you have interest because if you will have interest then only you can complete your engineering and can get high paid jobs. So, choose the branch in which you are interested.

It depends on your interest as all are good at their places but what is your interest does matter. You have choose best college to do engineering of your interest and I would recommend to go for UEM Kolkata (http://uem.edu.in/uem-kolkata/) as it has good placement assistance.
