Hi Sandip ,
The main criteria to study in Germany is to have very good academic scores. 55% is not even recognized there. Please check universities in other countries like Australia or even SPP colleges in Canada which requires a minimum of 55%. You may also try Belgium, Italy, etc. but not Germany.

If your leadership skills are very good, why should you go for M.Tech? Take up a job and shine. PG can be done at a later stage also.

Hi Sajad,
Most of the states will be having entrance exams for it. Go through that exams you will be having questions depending upon your specialisation in Diploma and as per the CET ranking you will be allotted with the college.

Hi Saptarshi,
B.Tech (Civil) and B.Arch are two entirely different courses, where in civil you get work opportunities with construction companies, with B. Arch you get same kind of field but the work you're required to do is limited with designing.
There are many similarities in the course but if you're highly creative and your designing is better then you should opt for B. Arch itself. It's a choice you have to make on the basis of your field of interest.
Meanwhile, you can apply for admissions in any of the two, the admissions are open in many universities,

All the three branches are at the same pedestal. It's not possible to distinguish between them. However, you must select that branch which is nearer to your heart and will give you satisfaction.

It's good to have aim / dream in life. Once we have it then we can go all out to achieve it. For becoming a civil engineer, you will have to get admission in any engineering college. For this, you need to appear for and clear entrance test of your state or JEE Mains & /or Advanced.
