There are many institutes which provides part-time BE course for working people. You should find some colleges near you and find out the B.E program. As you have experience, so you will get edge in admission.

Hello Joy,
These days, to avoid any confusion & to have unbiased process, almost all states have started taking entrance exam for admission to any course. Direct 2nd year after diploma is no exception. Hence, if you have missed giving exam it's next to impossible to get admission.

There are several state government colleges which give lateral entry on the basis of merits. So, try your state technical university first. Other option is also available. Many private universities are providing lateral entry.

No it's not compulsory at all. However, if your state has accepted JEE Mains as the entrance exam for engineering colleges then definitely you will have to appear for JEE Mains.

Yes, you can do that. I cannot suggest you colleges out of nowhere, you have to mention if you have any country preference. You must also mention your academic background, what is your percentage? Also, IELTS or TOEFL must be taken, these are English language tests to study abroad. You can share details for better guidance.
