Basis your CGPA, you will find higher options in Australia and European countries like France and Netherlands. Australia also has better demand for professionals in this field.

Since both the courses are different in nature and has different career outcomes, it is you who will decide which is better for your career. Know your career interests and plan accordingly. In terms of opportunities, both are good however civil and mining engineering are top sectors.

Yes, M.Tech in surveying is a good choice. You will have more job options after doing this course. You should do M.Tech from a good college, i.e. IIT and NIT.

BBA itself doesn't hold much value, but if it is followed by MBA, nothing could be better than it.
BBA + MBA has the potential to fetch you a successful career, provided it has been done from a reputed institute. So, along with selection of course before MBA, one must give equal importance to selection of institute for pursuing the course.

Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.
