Yes, the college is good for civil engineering. Faculty's over here have good experience of teaching and problem solving. Teachers are supportive too, if you face any difficulty in course they'll surely help you. On top of that you have site visits, archeological site visits to make you explain about the materials, architectures and reasons why they are still so good in shape. your marks are very poor in board and JEE main try for good pvt. college in your nearby city or you can drop 1 year if you have that confidence that you can prepare n crack in another attempt.
