M.Tech has an upper hand because of the oil and gas industry in the gulf. But it totally depends on your interest. If you are interested to look after management sector of a company you may opt for MBA. Your engineering background plus a management degree will be valuable globally. Hope it helps.

It actually depends which country you want to apply to. Generally SAT is compulsory if you want to study in US, though it is not mandatory for other countries you may choose to take the test if you are academics are average. Other exams include English language proficiency tests like IELTS or TOEFL. The admission procedure is online and done through an university's admission portal.
