The cut-offs very year after year, hence I would request you to attempt the paper to the best of your capability. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. It seem you are interested about availability of govt. jobs after successfully completing Civil Engineering.
After completing Civil engineering, one can find employment in various consultancy firms, road projects, infrastructure works, housing societies, etc carried out by central government, state government and railway departments.

Admission requirements vary with universities. In general applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science degree. An IELTS score of 6 or TOEFL score of atleast 90 is also required. I will also suggest you take up Chinese language classes as some universities may offer the program only in Chinese. Here are some universities, please visit their websites to learn more - Beihang University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture to name a few. There are many scholarships available as well. Please google them for the specifics. There is scholarships provided by Narottam Shekhsaria Foundation, Sir. Ratan Tata, Sir. Dorabji Tata etc. Please go through them to help you out in the finance for the course.
